2024 Year in Review

The HOA Board has been doing its very best to complete the necessary tasks required of the Board. This includes, but is not limited to such things as, creating a yearly budget and continue working to maintain expenses to meet the budget, collection of dues, paying invoices, processing payments for fence replacement, follow up with requests to the landscape committee, working with the landscape contractor to maintain and address issues of common areas, addressing random requests and complaints. We also complete all necessary forms for title transfer for home sales, State HOA filing needs and tax forms.

The HOA website is there for you, use it for updates on information that may be important to you, including meeting dates and times. Meetings are usually held quarterly via zoom. Regatta Estates is also fortunate to have a budget-conscious landscaping company (staffed by one person) who not only loves maintaining our area, but also offers a quite competitive pricing; our budget is much easier to manage because of this!

We are looking for volunteers for the board, primarily we need a board secretary. This position will entail managing incoming email (infrequent), managing mailings (like our yearly dues payments), and board meeting attendance and general input for running the HOA.
