On December 30th 2024, the board members of Regatta Estates HOA (REHOA) met to review 2024, discuss the needs of our subdivision, and to budget plan for 2025.
The approved 2025 operating budget will be mailed to each homeowner by February, which includes an envelope and payment stub for the annual 2025 due.
The HOA membership will remain the same for 2025 at $375.00. There is a $25.00 late charge per the CCR’s for any member who is 30 days past due, and a 1% monthly fee for each month you are late.
Your payment is due April 30, 2025. We have provided an enclosed pre addressed envelope in the mailing, or use the address below.
Send a personal check, or bank-issued check like from a bill-pay or mobile banking (but no money orders or cashier’s checks) to the HOA mailing address:

The board does its best to be diligent of everyone’s needs and concerns. It is important to keep the trees trimmed, and the grass cut, and to keep the “lights on” so to speak, but it is our neighbors who make this place a welcoming community. The board wants to thank all of you who take pride in our neighborhood.
